Bellevue East Little League

If you do not live within BELL's boundaries, we recommend that you contact Thunderbird Little League (south of I-90) or Bellevue West Little League (west of BELL's boundaries). Little League International strongly encourages all players to play with the league in which they live regardless of where they go to school or work.

If you want a waiver to play in BELL despite living outside of the boundaries, you must make your appeal to the league president in writing. You must demonstrate a clear hardship in order to receive the waiver. All players receiving waivers are ineligible to play in All-Stars.

The league president must get approval for the waiver from both the District 9 administrator and regional administrator (in San Bernadino, California).

You must live within the boundaries shown here as designated by Little League Headquarters. Only the Charter Committee in Williamsport, PA can grant waivers.
